Johann Strauss’ Operetta ‘Die Fledermaus’ belongs to his finest works and is the most successful operetta ever. Even nowadays ‘Die Fledermaus’ is performed – especially around New Year’s Day – all around the world and is one of the few operettas played in the main operahouses as well. In 2015, Roger Niese and Jos van de Braak, two Dutch top arrangers, have completed their transcrption of the complete operetta for Vocals (Soloists and Choir) and Symphonic Band.
